Practice Yoga - Every Day !
The holiday season is one of the most stressful
times of the year. It is easy for a person to succumb to anxiety and
discomfort practice yoga , especially if a person is too busy to follow
their usual routine. The holiday season is supposed to be a joyous and
happy experience with your family , which is essential to get rid of
undue stress practice yoga. I make sure to set aside at least 30 minutes
each morning to meditate and practice yoga to prepare for a new day.
A. book time
Although
the holiday season is about relationships with family and friends , be
sure to set aside time for yourself in all the bustle of this time of
year . Among all the planning , preparation and shopping be sure to
focus your breathing and your mind and body. I wake up 30 minutes
earlier than every morning to meditate and practice yoga. This way
practice yoga , I can take all the stress and anxiety of the previous
day and the balance of mind and body for the next day practice yoga.
This time is very valuable to me because it has allowed me to develop a
positive view of the day's events yoga poses.
Two . Create a sanctuary of Yoga
Have
a room in his house dedicated to his practice is not a necessity, but I
found that having a quiet place was very valuable to me . With the
arrival of my children, I found that my house is anything but quiet and
peaceful. Calamity multiplies just during the holiday season . Make sure
you have time and space to meditate and stretch is very valuable to me .
I use a spare bedroom that I dimly light and relaxing music in the
morning to prepare for my day yoga poses.
Three . Show gratitude and thanks
Thanksgiving
is a holiday of Thanksgiving and be thankful for all the wonderful
people in our lives. This concept not only be used during the holiday
season practice yoga , but people need to know why you are grateful to
have them in your life throughout the year . Tell me something I do once
a month is to write a letter written by the hand of one of my relatives
to describe what they mean to me and how my life has changed for the
better. This is not only self- therapy,yoga poses but also a great
challenge yoga poses. I constantly do something never considered before
starting my journey through yoga.
Giving gifts is a great
tradition at Christmas time , but not expensive gifts to be valued , it
is personal and memorable gifts I cherish most . I like to use sites
that are personal gifts to the gift recipient . 9 years for my birthday
with my wife ,practice yoga I gave her a painting of a tree with our
initials on it.practice yoga This art hangs in the yoga room and
symbolizes the growth of our relationship yoga poses.
While you
find the time to shop for gifts, cooking and spending time with family
practice yoga, do not forget to take the time to practice yoga in all
aspects . This will allow your body and mind to stay focused in a
hectic time of year yoga poses, and will appreciate all that you have.
