1. Eating the suitable combinations of food promotes good skin. Healthy foods when eaten helps to clean toxins in our body which results in a blooming and beautiful skin making us look younger every day.

2. Good food when eaten help us to be physically fit at all times and very strong to go on doing our everyday activities which might bring about promotion in our offices and great success in our businesses.

3. Eat no new meal before a competition. Because new meals may not suitable for your digestion and can give you unwanted effect to your shape.
